TREATMENT OF FACE & LEG VEINS

Laser vein treatments for the face and legs using our Cutera Coolglide Yag laser can treat a broad range of vessels, from tiny veins on the nose and face to blue-green leg veins and spider veins quickly, safely, and effectively.

The advanced laser treatment we use is more efficient than other laser treatments. The system delivers pulses of light energy, causing the blood within the vein to thicken and then be absorbed by your body. The light energy also destroys the vessel, which is eventually reabsorbed by your body. The blood flow is then redirected to veins deeper below your skin’s surface where they’re not visible.

You can generally see significant improvement within two to six weeks of your treatment. Leg veins typically require a series of four to six treatments, six weeks apart. Veins on the face are absorbed more quickly, typically within one to two weeks and may require periodic touch up treatments.

Side effects of this laser treatment are minimal and typically last less than 24 hours, and may include slight reddening, local swelling, and occasional bruising.
